Never-Before-Seen Photos From the Early Days of Space Exploration

The Gemini astronauts also took some of the most memorable photos in NASA history. You’d think we would have seen them all by now. But with Nasa’s help and funding, a team of researchers at Arizona State University led by lunar scientist Mark Robinson has retrieved from the archives dozens of outtakes that never made it into wide circulation.

Mondo Launches Sci-fi Gallery at South by Southwest

Any nerd lucky enough to be wandering the streets of Austin this weekend will find themselves awash in a sea of tourists as denizens from around the world gather to absorb all the culture that the annual SXSW festival has to offer. Mondo, the famed poster wizards, have introduced their latest gallery at the heart of it all. The science fiction themed exhibit plays host to nearly 40 stellar pieces of art from a variety of Mondo alumni, including Olly Moss, Tyler Stout, Daniel Danger, and Kevin Tong. The gallery runs from now until April 14th at 4115 Guadalupe in Austin, TX.
